Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are good from January 1 through December 31.  Each paddler must submit their own forms.  To become a member or to renew your membership, please complete the following:

Fill out the form (you will sign the form electronically) and Click “Submit” when completed.  If the form is not complete, it cannot be submitted.

Next, select this link HCRA Waiver

This will present the Waiver in a fillable format that must be printed.  Bring this form to practice and give to either Coach Ed or myself. 

If you are a new or transferring Member, you must attach proof of age. Acceptable documents include copies of a driver’s license or State ID or passport or military ID or birth certificate.

Don’t forget your dues! 

$130 for adults (19+), 

$0 for a Junior who has a parent or guardian that is an active paid member of Hoemana  

$25 for juniors (18 & under).

Check made payable to “Hoemana”, Cash, Venmo or PayPal accepted.
